Overview

Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in southcentral Wisconsin and northern Illinois, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine team at our Perryville Clinic in Rockford, Illinois. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing high quality personalized care to a variety of patients.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Graduate of an accredited masters/doctoral nursing program.
  • Meets the requirements determined by the State of Wisconsin or Illinois to perform duties defined as those of a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Current IL RN license
  • Current IL APNP license
  • Current IL DEA number
  • Other certifications as required
  • Primary Care NP experience preferred
  • Primary Care nursing experience preferred
