Description Job title Art Instructor Reports to Program Director Position Summary This role provides support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a creative and person-centered environment. Provides professional level art mentorship in relevant materials and techniques to neuro-diverse artists in a progressive art studio environment. The art instructor provides direct guidance in the acquisition of artistic skills and development of CCW artists in their work to build an identity, express themselves and engage in the larger community as accomplished artists. Art Instructors work with CCW artists both in the studio and in the community. A commitment to the RHD values should be demonstrated as job duties are performed. Qualifications
OR High School Diploma / GED equivalency, plus 3 years of studio practice, including 1 year of related experience in an art discipline.
