Acara Solutions is seeking Senior Field Service Technicians for our client based in Irving, TX.

Job Summary:

• Performs complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls.
• Performs complex product and service training to customers.
• Performs complex maintenance on tools, test equipment, etc., and completes documents of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
• Performs complex service or systems calls and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
• Performs assessment of complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements.
• Performs complex and technically demanding work within technical or paraprofessional area.
• Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is more difficult and complex.
• Works well in team environment.
• Ability to take direction & complete tasks without constant supervision.

Major Responsibilities:

Here's what you will receive:

Pay: $25 30 Hourly BOE

Schedule: 1^st shift - hours vary on job site; this is a travel position.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent required. Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
• 5-8 years of successful experience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
• Successfully demonstrates thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
• Ability to lift 70lbs, pushing, pulling modules, lifting, and carrying modules
