C Technologies seeks highly skilled EC-130 Electronic Warfare Officer Mission Crew Instructors (ISME) with expertise in all aspects of EC-130 Compass Call employment and training. The ISME will support a USAF CAT/CWD contract award at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ.
Summary:
C Technologies is seeking experienced EC-130 Electronic Warfare Officer Mission Crew Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess subject matter expertise in the employment and training of the EC-130 Compass Call and will be responsible for providing academic instruction in the classroom, simulator training, and supporting the development of instructional materials.
Responsibilities:
Instruction and Training:


  • Provide academic instruction in the classroom, Compass Call Mission Crew Simulator, and associated aircrew training devices.
  • Conduct classroom and simulator training for a programmed flying training course of instruction.
  • Maintain instructor currency in the EC-130 Compass Call Mission Crew Simulator.


Curriculum Development:


  • Act as a subject matter expert in the development of instructor and student guides, instructor-led/web-based courseware, syllabi, and simulator scenario development.
  • Perform subject matter expert duties for the development of various instructional media.


Collaboration and Support:


  • Collaborate with other instructors and stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of training and curriculum development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional methods and materials.


Required Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as an Instructor/Flight Examiner with Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) "K" prefix in the EC-130H.
  • A minimum of 1500 flying hours with 300 as an instructor.
  • Qualified in the EC-130H aircraft within the preceding 3 years or qualified as a contract EC-130H instructor within the preceding 2 years.
  • Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI DoD Security Clearance.


Education, License, Credential Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree.


Special Knowledge and Skills:


  • USAF Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) graduate desired.
