The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Lamination Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Wall Process, CTL Machines, CTW Machine, Custom Mat Production, Safety Grid, Electronic Cutter, Scored Roll, and Material Handling. This role ensures that production meets the desired quality and quantity standards. The Supervisor will work closely with other Area Supervisors, the Warehouse Manager, Purchasing Department, Production Scheduler, Quality Assurance Manager, and Engineering to maintain efficient workflows and effective communication across departments.

What You'll Do at Justrite:



  • Supervises and coordinates the activities of the employees in the Lamination Department to achieve departmental quality, quantity, service, cost and safety goals.
  • Assigns each area their daily tasks and prioritizes workflow.
  • Resolves work problems and recommends measures to improve productivity and product quality. Initiates requests for machinery/equipment repairs.
  • Completes daily Production Reports and ensures the ISO system is adhered to in area of responsibility.
  • Operates forklift, when necessary.
  • Required to learn and be capable of performing every job in his area and understanding the inter-relationship of those duties within the department.
  • Instructs and supervises training of employees, temporary labor and cross-training of employees, in the performance of their job in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintains good employee relations and adherence to company policies, safety standards, and takes proper disciplinary measures when required.
  • Prepares and maintains employee records such as vacation requests, performance evaluations, and schedules overtime work as needed.
  • Initiates and maintains accurate records and reports (i.e., daily reports, purchase requisitions, work orders, injury reports, and special projects).
  • Observes all safety, environmental, quality procedures and good housekeeping practices.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as required by leadership.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • High school education or equivalent, associate degree preferred.
  • General knowledge of plastics material and processes.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years supervisory experience, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through formalized training and/or practical hands-on experience in military/industry.

  • Highly motivated, well-organized, good problem solving skills, effective as a team builder and able to coordinate multi and changing priorities.
  • Satisfactorily pass inter-company forklift driver training program
