Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM. No weekends, no holidays, no call required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay:



  • You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.

We are seeking a Neurodiagnostic Tech I EMG/NCS (EEG Tech, Registered EEG Tech) to:




  • Conduct basic NCS (nerve conduction studies) as well as observe, learn and assist with more complex electrodiagnostic testing.
  • Most NCS studies are performed in an outpatient setting but there are some inpatient NCS as well.


Hear how the work of our neurodiagnostic techs is integral in helping neurologists and neurosurgeons diagnose and treat serious medical conditions of the brain.

Education:

Minimum -



  1. Eligibility for graduation within the next three months from an approved school of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology


OR



  1. Two years combination of training and experience as a practicing clinical Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist or other clinical certification with similar patient care experience.


OR



  1. Five years combination of training and experience as a practicing clinical Seizure Monitor Technician or performing similar work


Preferred - Graduate of an approved school in Electroneurodiagnostic Technology by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation and in the process of obtaining registry by the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology in Electroencephalography.

Minimum - CPR/BLS

Preferred - In the process of obtaining registry by the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology in Electroencephalography
