Demonstrates competency in the operation of all MRI equipment utilized in the department, including: - Performing proper care and cleaning of equipment - Observe and report equipment malfunctions to supervisor and/or service engineers 2. Is proficient with the computer systems in the MRI Department - Demonstrates ability to use the Radiology Information System (Radiant) and PACS to identify patient exam history. Demonstrates ability to use the Hospital Information System (EPIC) to input procedure requests and charges - Adheres to Salem Hospital Imaging Department Medication Reconciliation protocol. Demonstrates ongoing competency in the processes involved in the operation of the Omnicell unit. 3. Performs quality procedures in compliance with department's technical procedure manual or deviations as requested by the attending radiologist.
