RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position to join our residential team in Clinton A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!

DSPs are the heart of the work we do at RFK Community Alliance.

You will work directly with adolescents facing mental health challenges in a group home setting to support their daily needs, foster independence, and empower them to live their best lives. This role is incredibly rewarding, offering the chance to make a direct impact on someone's life every single day. Whether it's assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, or helping them achieve their personal goals, as a DSP, YOU will be an essential part of the support we provide. We believe that the desire to help and support others is the most crucial qualification for this role. That's why we provide full training for all new DSPs, ensuring you have all the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel in this position. Who We Seek
Caring and compassionate individuals to be a part of our team providing support for individuals with disabilities. Our Adult Program serves individuals 20-50 with developmental disabilities, and cognitive, emotional, medical, and managed psychiatric challenges. Our program design is based on our philosophy of valuing each client and resident's right to independence, satisfying work, family ties, and social/community connections.


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma and 1-year experience are required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and 1-year of experience is preferred.


Shifts:


  • 40 hrs. wk. Sun 8a-10:30p, Mon 2:30-10:30p, Tues 2:30-10:30p, Wed 1-10:30p
  • 40 hrs. wk. Wed 3-11p, Thurs 2-11p, Fri 3-11p, Sat 8-11p
  • 18.5 hrs. wk. Wed 1-2:30p, Thurs 3-8p, Fri 3-8p, Sat 10-5p
  • 12 hrs. wk. Sun 11-5p, Mon 4-7p, Tues 4-7p
  • 13 hrs. wk. Wed 1-2:30p, Thurs 4-7p, Fri 4-7p, Sat 12-5p
  • 15.5 hrs. wk. Sun 4-10:30p, Mon 4-18p, Tue 4-7p, Wed 1-2:30p
  • 30 hrs. wk. Sunday-Tue 10:15pm-8:15am
  • 30 hrs. wk. Thurs-Sat 10:30pm-8:30am
  • 30 hrs. wk. Wed 12pm-2pm, Thurs 2-11p, Fri 3-11p, Sat 8-11p

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
