We're looking for a
Direct Support Professional (DSP) who's ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our adult service team. If you're dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization - we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Support and supervise clients in daily activities and personal care while fostering therapeutic relationships.
- Approach all work with respect for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Use verbal interventions to reduce crises; provide physical support when necessary.
- Implement daily activity schedules and adapt to individual needs.
- Assist with self-care, hygiene, meal prep, cleaning, and maintaining a safe, homelike environment.
- Promote dignity, respect, and community integration through outings and appointments.
- Complete documentation, reports, and data accurately per program standards.
- Attend required trainings and maintain certifications (CPI, First Aid, MAP, CPR).
- Communicate professionally and participate in meetings and supervision.
- Safely operate program vehicles and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
- High School diploma and valid driver's license required.
- One year of residential experience is preferred.
- Able to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands for computer work.
- Able to assist with physical holds, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and client transport.
- Able to work in both open and confined areas with moderate noise.

- 18.5 hrs. wk. Wed 1-2:30p, Thurs 3-8p, Fri 3-8p, Sat 10-5p
- 30 hrs. wk. Thurs, Fri, Sat 10:15p-8:15a
- 18 hrs. wk. Thurs 4p-9p,Fri 4p-9p, Sat 12p-8p
- 17 hrs. wk. Fri 5p-10p, Sat 5p-10p, Sun 3p-10p
- 17 hrs. wk. Sun 8a-2p, Mon 3:30p-8p, Tue 3:30p-8p, Wed 1p-230p
- 12 hrs. wk. Sun 11a-5p, Mon 4p-7p, Tues 4p-7p
