Location: Hershey, PA This role is based in Hershey, PA with an expectation of 3 days in office per week. How will you fit in the big picture? The Sr. Director, Global Supply Chain Finance serves as the senior finance partner to the Global Supply Chain organization, translating business and operational priorities into financial strategies that drive performance, productivity, and long-term value creation. Partnering closely with senior Supply Chain and Finance leaders, this role provides forward-looking financial insights, guides major investments and transformation initiatives, and strengthens visibility to the financial and operational drivers of the business. The Sr. Director also advances Supply Chain Finance capabilities through modernized processes and technology, enhanced analytics, strong financial stewardship, and development of a high-performing finance organization. Benefits may vary based on role, location, and eligibility. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $189,200 to $236,500 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of jobrelated factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
