Description Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful: What You'll Do : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Contact customers to discuss account status, gather relevant information, and support the resolution of delinquent or outstanding account obligations. Analyze customer circumstances, account history, and available documentation to identify appropriate resolution options consistent with established guidelines. Explain account requirements, available programs, payment solutions, and potential consequences in a professional and customer-focused manner. Perform research to verify information, resolve discrepancies, and determine appropriate next steps for routine and moderately complex account situations. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, account activity, commitments, and follow-up actions within designated systems. Recommend and implement appropriate account resolution strategies within established authority levels and escalate situations requiring additional review. Utilize available resources to locate updated customer information and support effective communication efforts. Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve account issues, obtain supporting documentation, and facilitate timely account resolution. Identify trends, recurring issues, or process improvement opportunities and provide feedback to leadership or more experienced team members. Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established service standards. Essential Skills: * Required Education: High school diploma and/or specialized certification * Required Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Location:Hillsboro, OR Target Compensation: $22.60 - $27.15 Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
