In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and champion for health, safety, and environmental excellence across our operations. You will partner with leaders and employees to strengthen safety awareness, drive continuous improvement, and ensure industry-leading standards are embedded into daily activities. From coaching teams and supporting audits to leading investigations and risk assessments, your work will directly contribute to a safer, more sustainable, and high-performing organization. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Scheduled Time: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM How you'll make an impact Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence throughout the organization. Partner with leaders and employees to advance safety programs and initiatives. Deliver training, coaching, and guidance on safety policies, procedures, and best practices. Conduct risk assessments and recommend actions to reduce workplace hazards. Monitor compliance with regulatory and company requirements. Lead incident investigations and support effective corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate audits and help maintain ISO-aligned management systems. Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety performance and operational effectiveness. Your background Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations within a manufacturing environment. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and systems. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. ASP and/or CSP certification is considered an asset.
