Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT & More)

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, culturally responsive clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health services. Depending on your credential and scope of practice, you may provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy across a mix of in-office, community, and home-based settings.

• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy based on your qualifications and client needs
• Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-informed, clinically appropriate interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as indicated
• Build strong therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments accurately and on time
• Collaborate with clients, families, schools, healthcare providers, and the treatment team when appropriate and authorized
• Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, case discussions, and team meetings
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with federal and Maryland laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards
