Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online & AIA Billing)

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to take ownership of the company's day-to-day books and construction billing. You'll manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare AIA progress billings and keep the financials accurate and current. After an initial period learning our procedures, you'll work independently with a high degree of trust.

• Maintain the company's books in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare AIA progress billings, including G702/G703 forms, schedules of values, retainage, stored materials, and change orders
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Process payroll-related tasks (Paychex)
• Work independently and keep financial records accurate and organized
