Job Description
Role - IAM Lead with Japanese Proficiency Experience Required -6+ Years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 12+ years of overall IT experience. *
8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience. *
Experience leading large-scale global IAM transformation programs. *
Prior experience working with Japanese clients or Japan-based stakeholders. *
BFSI domain experience preferred. Must Have Skills *
Native / Fluent Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 preferred). *
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
