Job Duties

• Develops, implements and manages quality control and quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in products and to meet all customer quality expectations. Responsible for supplier and customer quality. Implements business goals, action plans and objectives

Education Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position.

Experience Requirements

• Experience in QA management positions in automotive-related manufacturing industries
• 4+ years of experience in quality control and quality assurance management positions
• IATF16949 knowledge and audit response experience
• Handling customer complaints
• Proven track record of proactively promoting quality improvement activities
• Manager who can lead problem-solving on site

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at Japanese manufacturers or Tier1 suppliers.
• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Quality Manager.

• Combination of desk work and being on production floor.
• Candidates should be able to safely perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
