Machine Operator Trainer - 1st Shift

The trainer will be designated as a specialist for a specific machine within their designated area. Trainers will be responsible for onboarding and training all new operators, as well as cross-training existing operators, on their assigned equipment.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Machine Operator role.
• Strong attendance history (no more than 3 attendance points).
• No active disciplinary write-ups on file.
• Flexibility to work across both 1st and 2nd shifts as business needs require.
• Availability to work weekend shifts as needed.
