Job Duties

• Wrap and band finished steel coils and products for shipment and storage.
• Inspect materials and verify finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate production and packaging requirements.
• Monitor product quality and report discrepancies as needed.
• Adapt to changing production schedules, specifications, and operational needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform additional production, packaging, and general labor duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
• Proven track record of reliability with a stable work history and strong professional references.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.
• Ability to maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.

• Ability to quickly adapt to changing product specifications and production requirements.

Physical Capabilities

• Capable of lifting, handling, wrapping, and banding finished products.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety shoes.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
