Position Summary The Lean Manager II is responsible for supporting sites of impact in accelerating their lean transformation efforts. This position involves collaborating with local teams to implement lean methodologies and teaching lean concepts through practical, hands-on application, ensuring that team members understand and can effectively execute lean principles in their daily activities. The Lean Manager II will be relied upon to assist local teams in executing the future state vision developed by Group and Division leadership to drive quantifiable improvement in business performance at the locations they support. This position reports to the Corporate Vice President, Lean Enterprise & Quality. Essential Functions
