THE ROLE:
As a Quality Process Program Manager, you will serve as the central coordinator for manufacturing change management and material review activities across AMD's global semiconductor operations. This role is focused on bringing together stakeholders from Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to evaluate process changes, manage material review board (MRB) events, drive issue containment, and ensure timely resolution of manufacturing challenges. You will lead discussions, facilitate decision-making, track actions to closure, and help ensure potential risks are appropriately assessed before impacting production or customers. Success in this role comes from your ability to navigate complex manufacturing environments, coordinate across multiple organizations and time zones, and keep critical programs moving forward through influence, organization, and strong execution THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. They are an effective communicator who can confidently facilitate meetings, build consensus among diverse stakeholders, and drive accountability without relying on direct authority. They are naturally curious, able to quickly understand technical manufacturing concepts, and skilled at connecting the dots across different stages of the semiconductor lifecycle. This person is approachable, proactive, and comfortable working with teams around the world, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on follow-through and results.
