Coke Florida is looking for a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Strategy & Bottler Support to work out of our Tampa location.



The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Strategy & Bottler Support is responsible for developing and executing Coke Florida's manufacturing strategy across a 2- to 12-month planning horizon, ensuring alignment between commercial demand, manufacturing capacity, raw material availability, and network capabilities. This role leads strategic manufacturing planning, bottler-to-bottler collaboration, Non-Trade Sales (NTS), planned downtime readiness, and supplier engagement to support business growth and supply continuity. The position also serves as Coke Florida's representative within the North America Production Strategy Group (NPSG).


Key Role and Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align production capabilities with forecasted demand, growth initiatives, and commercial priorities.
  • Lead long-range capacity planning and identify risks, constraints, and opportunities across manufacturing operations.
  • Support innovation launches, packaging changes, and network sourcing strategies to ensure manufacturing readiness.
  • Lead scenario planning and network contingency strategies for planned downtime, capacity constraints, supply disruptions, maintenance shutdowns, and capital projects while communicating risks and support requirements to senior leadership.
  • Represent Coke Florida within the North America Production Strategy Group (NPSG) and participate in system-wide manufacturing planning initiatives.
  • Partner with Procurement and suppliers to manage raw material availability, mitigate supply risks, and improve planning collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary contact for bottler-to-bottler manufacturing support, coordinating production, sourcing, inventory positioning, utilization, and supply continuity with external bottling partners.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Non-Trade Sales (NTS), incorporating commitments into long-range manufacturing and capacity plans while evaluating profitability, operational impacts, and customer service performance.
  • Partner with Commercial Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance to drive aligned decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance manufacturing efficiency, service performance, inventory health, and planning effectiveness.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing planning, supply planning, operations, or supply chain leadership, preferably within beverage or CPG manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder, supply chain planning systems, analytics tools, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Key Competencies:


    • Strong business acumen and strategic planning capabilities.
    • Deep understanding of manufacturing, capacity planning, and supply continuity.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to influence and lead across functions and external partners.
    • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
    • Proven leadership, change management, and continuous improvement experience.
