Security Officer - Route Driver

As a Security Officer - Route Driver in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and report security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor and contractor entry, and delivery activity in accordance with site policies; verify credentials and maintain accurate activity logs as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders and complete required reports.
• Maintain a professional presence while observing facility conditions, reporting maintenance concerns, hazards, and security-related issues to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
