About the Role

Ready to lead from the front? This role supports Life Sciences Speaker Bureau Programs in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where precision, partnership, and smart problem-solving really matter. You'll balance team leadership with hands-on operations, helping deliver seamless events while building strong client and supplier relationships. If you love making complex programs run smoothly and keeping teams energized, this could be a great fit.

You're Good At

* Leading teams with clarity, accountability, and a positive, professional approach
* Managing Life Sciences programs in a structured, compliance-focused environment with strong attention to detail
* Building trusted client relationships through proactive communication, status updates, and solution-oriented support
* Keeping timelines, budgets, SOPs, and event materials organized while juggling multiple priorities
* Troubleshooting challenges quickly and working cross-functionally to keep projects moving forward

You Might Also Have

* Experience supporting speaker bureau programs, event logistics, or marketing operations
* Familiarity with Pharma industry expectations and the pace of regulated client work
* People management experience, including coaching, performance reviews, and onboarding new team members
* Confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to track reporting and project activity
* A knack for improving processes and finding smarter ways to deliver quality work and team efficiency

You Should Know

• This role is virtual, operating on Eastern or Central Standard business hours
• Previous meetings & events operations experience is a requirement
• Previous experience with Speaker Bureaus is a requirement
• This role is a working manager - you will be managing people and clients

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Lead, Speaker Bureau is between $67,000 - $70,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
