As a Fraud Investigator II at Truliant Federal Credit Union, you'll lead complex investigations that help protect our members, reduce losses, support recovery efforts, and strengthen how we respond to evolving financial crime. This role is a great fit for an experienced investigator who enjoys following the details, making sound decisions in time-sensitive situations, and partnering with others to turn findings into meaningful action. What you'll do In this role, you'll take ownership of complex, high-risk fraud investigations across deposit, lending, card, wire, check, ACH, identity theft, elder abuse, account takeover, and digital channels. You'll manage cases from initial review through documentation, reporting, escalation, and resolution while helping Truliant respond to emerging fraud risks. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond individual casework, you'll serve as a trusted fraud resource, share investigative best practices, support employee training, and help identify proactive responses to new or evolving fraud trends.
