APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Support engineering activities involving prototype electromechanical systems, experimental circuitry, laser/light transmission devices, and specialized test equipment. Mentor and provide guidance to junior technicians on technical processes, troubleshooting, and best practices. Interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and interface documentation. Perform system-level and component-level troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Build, calibrate, adjust, install, maintain, and modify equipment, components, devices, and systems. Conduct testing, checkout, integration, and verification activities using engineering documentation and specifications. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to support product development and system improvements. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related technical discipline; or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience supporting engineering development, testing, fabrication, assembly, integration, or troubleshooting activities. 5+ years of experience interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. 5+ years of experience performing system-level and component-level troubleshooting. 5+ years of experience building, modifying, calibrating, installing, or maintaining electronic, electromechanical, or test systems. 5+ years of experience working with engineering specifications, standards, and technical requirements. Ability to identify technical issues, develop solutions, and execute corrective actions independently.
