Job Title: Customer Service Support Operator - Remote French-speaking
Location: Cary, NC
Employment Type: Contract - Potential to Covert
Industry: Manufacturing industry
Compensation: $28/hr
Schedule: 40 hours/week (1 st shift)
8 am - 5 pm

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate and optimize the allocation and deployment of field service resources to meet customer commitments.
  • Manage customer communications throughout service events, including complex scheduling and priority discussions.
  • Analyze changing conditions and make timely decisions to re-prioritize resources and activities.
  • Collaborate with field management and internal and external stakeholders to resolve scheduling and service challenges.
  • Support service-related projects, identify critical paths, and maintain accurate documentation for operational continuity.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • Associates Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in service coordination, scheduling, dispatch, field operations, or a similar role
  • Must be bilingual French-speaking
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience in a medical device or healthcare environment
  • Dispatch, scheduling, or workforce coordination experience
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage customers, internal partners, and diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently perform standard professional-level work involving complex and less clearly defined issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to act as a Change Agent by promoting change management, customer focus, integrity, and ownership.
  • Self-starter with high initiative who embraces an ownership-driven culture.
