Job Overview:
Help Build What's Next in Industrial Automation. ARO Fluid Management, a premier global industrial brand within Ingersoll Rand, is ready to take advanced dispense to the next level-and we're looking for the product leader
who can help define where we go next.

The Global Product Manager
, Advanced Dispense and Piston Pumps will lead a proven portfolio while accelerating one of the business's biggest growth opportunities: two-component (2K) dispensing applications. This is more than a traditional product-management role. The opportunity is to take ARO's proven piston-pump technology and help transform it into scalable, repeatable advanced-dispense solutions that move, meter, mix and apply adhesives, sealants, foams, coatings, lubricants and other critical materials with precision. These solutions support automotive assembly, battery production, solar manufacturing, marine, coatings, lubrication and automated manufacturing-including applications that may not even be on the roadmap yet.

As Global Product Manager
, you'll define and execute the full portfolio strategy and lifecycle, with a strong focus on finding new applications, customers, markets, channels and system opportunities. You'll work closely with customers to understand how they manufacture, uncover unmet needs, translate the voice of the customer and market into clear product requirements, and partner with Engineering to turn opportunities into scalable products, systems and services. Serving as the global connector across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Service, regional teams and customers, you'll shape product roadmaps, lead new-product development and gate reviews, analyze global market and business data, and develop the application stories and commercial tools that help sales teams win. You'll also ensure the portfolio remains competitive, profitable and aligned with evolving customer applications, market needs and industrial standards. As an individual contributor with significant global influence, success will depend on your ability to build alignment across functions, influence without authority and turn strategy into action.

We're looking for a product leader
who is curious, commercially minded, technically credible and growth-oriented-someone willing to step into an unfamiliar application, ask the right questions, engage customers and technical experts, test assumptions, learn quickly and challenge the status quo. With Advanced Dispense positioned as a significant strategic growth area for ARO, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leadership and help shape the next generation of industrial fluid handling and automation.

If you share our passion for inspiring progress-for bringing about bold shifts in how people, economies and societies operate-then you belong with Ingersoll Rand. Progress begins with you.
