Position Title: Temporary Onsite Recruiter
Wage: $22.00 - $24.00/hour, depending on experience This position will be a temp-hire onsite recruiter for QPS onsite in Littleton, CO. The primary purpose will be to assist employees at the QPS desk, conduct telephone interviews, lead facility tours, verify I-9s, perform drug and background screening, and onboard new associates. Onsite Recruiter Responsibilities: - Answer job applications and follow up on referrals. - Lead facility tours for prospective associates - Provide regular updates to client supervisors, client HR and QPS corporate departments - Run the E-Verify process and send documents to candidates, perform drug screens, and handle onboarding - Properly document all candidate and client records in the system - Manage attendance and callouts for 1st shift; backup for 3rd and 2nd as required - Process CO state sick time requests and referrals to CO FAMLI - Assist and investigate in the event of a workplace injury, reasonable suspicion, or harassment/bullying Requirements for Onsite Recruiter: - Customer service/recruiting experience preferred - Good with computers, fast learner - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Adaptable to changing work demands and shifting focus - Ability to work quickly and accurately - Ability to mitigate conflict and handle stressful situations - Excellent attendance - Ability to multi-task, work well with others, exemplify patience and be team oriented - Ability to physically leave the desk for facility tours and clean room safety walks - Ability to occasionally lift up to 24 lbs Application Deadline: None, Always Accepting Candidates IND135 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
