What You'll Do

In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating operational excellence and strategic growth. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of advanced transportation solutions by:

• Analyzing Supply Trends & Performance: Proactively monitor daily supply delivery, vehicle uptime, and overall fleet health. Dive deep into operational metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities for continuous process improvement that drive efficiency.
• Executing Strategic Scaling Projects: Lead and drive critical cross-functional initiatives focused on expanding fleet infrastructure, streamlining vendor handoffs, and enhancing operational workflows across diverse markets.
• Supporting Vehicle Demand Planning: Collaborate closely with operational and analytical leaders to refine vehicle demand planning. Ensure seamless alignment between fleet staging, staging forecasts, localized market demand, and precise rider requirements.

Required Qualifications

To thrive in this impactful position, you will bring a robust blend of experience and analytical prowess:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university, with a preference for fields such as Operations, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in a data-driven Program Management, Operations Management, or Business Operations/Analytics role. This experience should ideally be within tech-enabled mobility, logistics, supply chain, or fleet management environments.
• Data Analytics Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in querying, modeling, and independently analyzing large datasets using SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms), and advanced spreadsheet tools. You should be adept at building automated dashboards and comprehensive KPI frameworks.
• Program Management & Problem Solving: A strong track record of transforming ambiguous operational challenges into well-defined, actionable project plans. You will have experience establishing standard operating procedures and driving successful cross-functional execution to consistently meet strict timelines.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical data insights into clear, concise executive summaries and present them effectively to diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
