Vantor is forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence, helping decision makers and operators navigate what's happening now and shape what's coming next. Vantor is a place for problem solvers, changemakers, and go-getters-where people are working together to help our customers see the world differently, and in doing so, be seen differently. Come be part of a mission, not just a job, where you can: Shape your own future, build the next big thing, and change the world. To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Person, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.Export Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Please review the job details below. Life with Us Your Mission The next generation of geospatial intelligence will not be defined by better dashboards or more imagery-it will be defined by autonomous intelligence production. Today, organizations are constrained by analyst capacity. Customers can acquire more imagery than ever before, but they cannot generate proportionally more intelligence because every report, alert, and assessment still depends on human analysts. Site Sentry exists to break that constraint. As Principal Product Manager for Site Sentry, you will help define and be responsible for executing the strategy for Site Sentry as a key component of Vantor's agentic geospatial intelligence platform; capable of autonomously detecting activity, generating assessments, producing reports, tasking collection, and delivering actionable intelligence without requiring users to ask for it. Your mission is to make intelligence production scale independently of analyst hours. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI, remote sensing, user experience, and autonomous systems. You'll work across engineering, AI research, operations, product design, GTM, and customers to continue to refine what an AI Intelligence Analyst looks like-and then deliver it. What You'll Do Own the product vision for autonomous geospatial intelligence Define and own execution for the long-term strategy for Site Sentry as an agentic intelligence platform, evolving beyond dashboards and workflows toward autonomous intelligence generation. Drive the roadmap around one guiding objective: Help customers discover what they don't yet know. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, including problem definition, product requirements, user stories, success metrics, release planning, roadmap prioritization, and post-launch performance optimization. Build products that work while customers sleep Prioritize experiences that continuously generate value and improve mission outcomes without requiring user interaction. Examples include:
Champion proactive delivery through APIs, enterprise integrations, chat, email, collaboration platforms, and emerging AI-native protocols such as MCP rather than relying exclusively on application-based workflows. Partner deeply with AI and Engineering Work alongside AI researchers, ML engineers, software engineering, and operations to define how foundation models, computer vision models, reasoning systems, and orchestration frameworks combine into customer-facing capabilities. Balance investments across:
Own product performance-not just features Define measurable benchmarks that represent customer value and achieve improved mission outcomes. Partner with AI teams to establish rigorous evaluation frameworks across:
Partner with Engineer teams to establish customer and implement methods for tracking user adoption metrics including:
Help communicate benchmark progress internally and partner with Product Marketing to communicate externally as a competitive differentiator. Create the "magic moment" Drive the product toward the moment when Site Sentry autonomously delivers intelligence that surprises the customer. Success isn't simply helping analysts complete existing workflows faster. Success is producing intelligence they would not have discovered themselves. Lead market strategy Understand customer missions across defense, intelligence, commercial, energy, infrastructure, humanitarian, and government markets. Translate customer problems into differentiated AI-native capabilities while continuously monitoring competitive dynamics across geospatial AI, foundation models, autonomous systems, and remote sensing. Build an AI-native platform Partner across the organization to define a platform strategy including:
Help ensure Site Sentry becomes an intelligence platform rather than a standalone application. Drive company-wide alignment Serve as the product leader across engineering, AI, sales, marketing, customer success, operations, finance, and executive leadership. Represent Site Sentry internally and externally while articulating product strategy, AI roadmap, benchmark progress, and customer value. What Success Looks Like Within this role, success means:
Minimum Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate You think beyond features and roadmaps. You think in terms of systems, incentives, and technological inflection points. You understand that the future of enterprise software is increasingly agentic, where software does work rather than simply helping people do work. You are comfortable operating at the intersection of product management, AI, user experience, and business strategy, translating advances in foundation models and machine learning into products customers trust for mission-critical decisions. You are equally comfortable discussing benchmark methodology with AI researchers, product strategy with executives, workflow design with engineers, and operational pain points with intelligence analysts. Most importantly, you are motivated by building products that fundamentally change how intelligence is produced-not by making existing workflows incrementally more efficient.
