  • Act as a primary day-to-day client contact for defined areas of the engagement
  • Support executive-level storytelling, including synthesis of insights and implications
  • Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and estimation activities
  • Lead internal capability building, asset development, and mentoring efforts

What we are looking for:

  • 6-9 years of experience in supply chain operations, consulting, or transformation roles within or advising major retailers
  • Proven experience leading strategy workstreams or engagements
  • Demonstrated success working directly with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong track record of producing executive-ready strategy deliverables
  • Experience coaching and reviewing the work of junior consultants
  • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across functions

The Ideal Candidate will also have:

  • Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain strategy, transformation, and operating models
  • Advanced analytical and problem-structuring capabilities
  • Ability to independently frame problems and develop strategic recommendations
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience leading workstreams and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
  • Sound judgment in balancing strategic ambition with execution feasibility
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced client environments
