Position Summary NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director, External Relations. The selected candidate will oversee, conduct, and participate in a variety of corporate recruitment activities for the Stern School of Business Careers team. The Associate Director will supervise daily recruitment operations, manage and advise corporate recruiting partners in targeted industries for all full-time students, and establish a network of Stern alumni while maintaining ongoing contact to cultivate new employer relationships and uncover job opportunities for Stern MBA students. The selected candidate will also direct and guide MBA students in their career searches, both domestically and internationally, and serve as a liaison between employers, students, and internal career coaches by communicating expectations, managing logistics, and surfacing insights to improve the recruiting experience for all parties. Qualifications The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of professional-level experience in human resources, career counseling, recruitment, admissions, corporate relations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have experience cultivating relationships, as well as excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, project management, platform, communication, and organizational skills. Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,000.00 to USD $95,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
