Make a Difference in the Employee Experience! Wis-Pak, a leading manufacturer and distributor of some of the nation's most recognized beverage brands, is seeking a Human Resource Manager for our bottling plant in Norfolk, NE. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, this role supports the day-to-day human resources needs of the facility and serves as a resource for employees and supervisors. The Human Resource Manager supports employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives that support plant operations.
