The Ambulatory Medical Device Reprocessing Specialist (MDRS), provides operational improvement support to the UCLA Health Ambulatory Services by functioning, as necessary, as a high-level disinfection and sterilization educator, facilitator, consultant, and analyst. The MDRS designs and facilitates improvement efforts by incorporating best practices based on evidence, and by analyzing various accumulations of data to assist ambulatory management at each clinical site with information pertaining to instrumentation and equipment decisions related to both the operating and capital budgets. You will demonstrate the ability to analyze, design and communicate complex issues related to high level disinfection and sterilization including standardized processes, logistics, identify regulatory deficiencies and develop solutions for compliance. Salary Range: $74,437 - $152,465/annually Qualifications
