Shift: 5am-5:30pm

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of CNC operator experience
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
  • Experience using hand tools, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and technical documentation
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail


Job Duties


  • Operate, monitor, and adjust CNC machinery to ensure quality production
  • Inspect finished products and perform quality checks
  • Maintain accurate production records
  • Perform routine machine checks and identify equipment issues
  • Replenish materials and support efficient production operations
  • Follow established safety procedures and production standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the facility


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a CNC Operator.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
