Skills Customer service, communication & writing skills, team oriented, call volume, financial services Additional Skills & Qualifications Location: Tempe, AZ Onsite Requirement: 5 days on-site for the first 4-6 weeks of training (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Arizona Time). Post-training schedules and on-site requirements will be determined by the manager. Shifts: 8 hours per day - Monday-Friday Candidates should be available between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST (5AM/5PM or 6PM/6PM MST) Shift assignments will be determined after training based on business and team needs.
