Summary:

The Assistant Vice President, Sales, West is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities for the territory of the country. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the brand utilizing data and key insights to continuously evaluate performance
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of sales leaders, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations and HR to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to VP, Sales and senior management
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products, services, and industry trends.
• Stay updated on market conditions, customer preferences, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Aesthetics experience is highly preferred
• Flexibility to travel is required up to 50%

* Salary Range: $147K-$213K (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
