What to Expect Tesla is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead the launch and ramp of production for Optimus humanoid robot hands, one of the most complex and critical subsystems in the robot. In this role you will lead installation, commissioning, and ramp of production lines for Optimus hands. You will own the factory production line and work with Production teams to achieve target rate and yield.
