Pay Rate: $100,000.00 per year

Shift: 8am - 5pm

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred
• Candidates with 6+ years of HR management experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Experience supporting talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, and compliance initiatives
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to achieve workforce objectives
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office

• Lead all Human Resources operations, programs, and initiatives
• Manage bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee employee benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, and compliance reporting
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters
• Lead performance management, employee development, and coaching initiatives
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Develop compensation strategies and salary planning recommendations
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention programs
• Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Manage HR budgets, vendor contracts, and service providers
• Partner with leadership on safety programs, workers' compensation, and unemployment administration
• Track HR metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
