Description

Produce creative visual content under direct supervision. This role supports the marketing and communications department by designing materials that communicate effectively with various stakeholders.



Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of graphics, infographics, document layout, presentations, brochures, digital design, and visual content for social media as well as internal materials.


  • Assist in the creation of short-form and long-form motion graphics.
  • Follow established templates and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality in design projects.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
  • Assist in maintaining visual asset libraries.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.



Qualifications Required

  • Associate/bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of design principles and typography.
  • Ability to travel on an infrequent basis.

Hours and Travel:

This position requires the individual work 40 hours per week with occasional travel outside the office.
