This position will assist the Associate General Counsel - Labor & Employment and Compliance ("AGC") to coordinate elements of GATX's corporate compliance program, including i) development and administration of annual compliance training curriculum and compliance awareness messaging, and ii) assist with ethics and compliance investigations and reporting. In addition, this position will assist the AGC with labor and employment compliance across North America. This is a hybrid position that will report to the AGC. Responsibilities
Assist the AGC and the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in the ongoing management and/or enhancement of GATX's corporate compliance training and awareness program. This entails working with GATX's business partners to develop or select compliance training content relevant to our business, oversee Learning Management System (LMS) administration and support compliance awareness messaging. Keep abreast of industry issues and ethics and compliance developments to assist in continuous improvement of our practices and procedures.

Posting Duration This posting will remain open until the role is filled. As of the post date, the salary range for this position is: Min USD $111,800.00/Yr. Max USD $144,000.00/Yr.
