Job Duties



  • Assemble walk-in cooler components and subassemblies according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, machinery, and production tools.
  • Conduct quality inspections and report defects, discrepancies, or production issues to supervisors.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies.
  • Load, unload, and handle materials while maintaining an organized and efficient production workflow.
  • Build pallets and crates for shipping and support packaging and fulfillment activities.
  • Maintain clean work areas and perform routine equipment cleaning and minor maintenance.
  • Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing schedules, productivity goals, and customer requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and operational performance.


Education Requirements



  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical documentation.
  • Basic math skills, including measurements and calculations using the imperial system.
  • Commitment to ongoing training, skill development, and continuous learning.


Experience Requirements



  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, construction, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Experience using hand and power tools, including drills, jigsaws, metal snips, and other fabrication equipment.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Capable of safely handling raw materials, components, and finished products.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and support multiple departments as business needs require.
