Aquent is partnering with a leading global company at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to solving complex challenges and enhancing efficiency across its worldwide operations. This organization thrives on optimizing intricate systems and ensuring seamless functionality, impacting millions globally through its commitment to cutting-edge technology and operational excellence.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team as a key leader, directly shaping the operational backbone of our client's advanced global facilities. You will be instrumental in transforming local practices into standardized, high-performing operational rhythms, ensuring consistency, safety, and peak productivity. Your expertise will drive the strategic evolution of how human-controllable variables are managed, making a tangible impact on the overall success and efficiency of a critical global infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

  • Holistically own the strategy, standardization, and execution of all human-controllable variables across our client's live operational footprint.
  • Act as the central coordinator, defining operational standards for on-the-floor performance, workplace guidelines, vendor compliance, and physical space readiness.
  • Translate highly variable local habits into high-performing, repeatable operational rhythms.
  • Monitor performance dashboards tracking site-level productivity, analyzing labor supply efficiency, and executing real-time triage to resolve human-performance bottlenecks on the floor.
  • Define, deploy, and audit a global "Vendor Toolkit" to standardize day-to-day facility hygiene (cleanliness, lost-and-found tracking, prohibited goods policies) and enforce strict third-party partner service level agreements.
  • Manage operational strategy, facility operations, staffing, and performance for critical workstreams such as cleaning and lost-and-found.

What You'll Bring:

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of program management experience directly leading physical operations, logistics, fulfillment, or industrial fleet services.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-site operational programs and standardization rollouts.
  • Deep experience managing third-party vendors, developing operational playbooks (Standard Operating Procedures), and auditing localized site performance against corporate service level agreements.
  • Experience tracking floor capacity, managing scheduling matrices, and coordinating labor allocation constraints.
  • Proficiency with standard office productivity suites.
