Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking an Early Career Hardware Program Engineer to support the planning, configuration, validation, and deployment of enterprise server platforms. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related technical disciplines who have hands-on experience with computer hardware, server architecture, system integration, or data center technologies. As a Hardware Program Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between hardware engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure server solutions are accurately configured, validated, documented, and delivered. You will work with server hardware components, configuration management, deployment planning, and technical project coordination while gaining valuable experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies. This position is best suited for candidates who enjoy working with hardware systems, understanding how server components fit together, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating complex engineering projects from concept through deployment.
