As a Security Officer Experienced Armed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Security Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for people, vehicles, and deliveries entering and leaving the location, following post orders and reporting discrepancies.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership with incident reporting, shift communications, and other assigned duties related to security-related operations and customer care.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card and/or license is required.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
