Do you enjoy mentoring others, leading projects, and solving complex infrastructure challenges while continuing to grow your technical expertise? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer Lead - Aviation to join our Aviation Team in Knoxville, TN; Atlanta, GA; or Duluth, GA. In this role, you'll combine technical project leadership with people leadership-guiding engineering teams, supporting project delivery, and helping develop the next generation of engineers. Previous aviation experience is preferred but not required. We welcome civil engineers with backgrounds in site development, land development, transportation, municipal infrastructure, water resources, or other civil infrastructure disciplines who are interested in applying their expertise to aviation projects. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced engineer who is ready to step into their first formal management role or for an emerging engineering leader looking to expand their leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do:
Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects supporting airports, including airfields, terminals, roadways, parking facilities, utilities, and site development

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
