What You'll Do:
- Assist in the disposition of non-conforming products, the creation of Non-Conforming Product Reports (NCPR) and support the maintenance of the TipQA non-conformance software as needed.
- Assist with the Corrective and Preventive Action process.
- Assist in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and implementing improvements to the quality system.
- Create, maintain, or revise specialized quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, inspection forms, etc.).
- Support the preparation of review of First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, either received from suppliers or prepared for the customer.
- Assist with and/or administer relative training to Tampa Microwave employees and related aspects of On-the-Job (OJT) and procedural training.
- Comply with established safety and housekeeping practices.
- Follow TM business ethics and appropriate behavior.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
What Sets You Apart:
- Working knowledge of reading and interpreting drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to comply with all Company guidelines, policies, procedures and embrace Company Core Values.
- Fluent in English language - written and oral.
Additional Information:
- Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check

- Must be able to lift objects of up to 25 lbs.
