Senior Test Engineer - AI Automotive Software (Contract)

Location: Raymond, OH

Pay: $64.55+/hour

We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Engineer to lead AI-driven automotive software testing and validation in a cutting-edge engineering environment. This contract role focuses on ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of intelligent vehicle systems through advanced testing strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement test strategies for AI and automotive software systems
• Lead validation efforts for complex, data-driven vehicle technologies
• Utilize tools such as dSPACE, CANoe, CANape, DIVA, and Open Test for testing and diagnostics
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python, JavaScript, and CAPL
• Analyze test coverage, defect trends, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues and improve system quality
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and testing innovation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in automotive software testing or validation
• Strong knowledge of AI systems, data pipelines, and test automation frameworks
• ISTQB or IREB certification preferred
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills
