Role Overview Position: Head of Grants Management Reports to: Director of Operations & Special Projects Location: Colorado with frequent travel to Denver and Boulder About the Position This role leads grants management operations through process design, and compliance execution. The position is responsible for ensuring that grantmaking activities are efficient, well documented, and aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational priorities. The role supports cross functional coordination, and drives continuous improvement across systems, reporting, and workflows. It also serves as a subject matter resource on grantmaking compliance and contributes to strategic and operational initiatives. This position is well suited for an experienced grants management professional who can balance team leadership, operational execution, and process improvement in a collaborative environment.
