The role you'd play as a Program Manager at Bridge of Life BOL is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Program Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of domestic and international kidney health programs. This role ensures programs run smoothly from design through implementation by managing logistics, volunteer coordination, partner communication, timelines, and project execution. The Program Manager serves as a key connector between BOL staff, volunteers, healthcare partners, vendors, and community organizations. This person will help execute programs across BOL's full spectrum of kidney care initiatives from prevention screenings and clinical trainings to dialysis capacity projects. This role is ideal for a "road warrior" who thrives in fast-paced environments, speaks Spanish, and genuinely enjoys the rigors of international travel. We are looking for a tactical and passionate leader who can navigate intricate logistics while maintaining strong relationships and exceptional attention to detail. Job Location Address: 2000 16th Street, Denver, 80202. This job will be a hybrid model with 2 days in the office, typically Tuesday and Wednesday.
