Join a leading global organization at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to shaping the future of technology and digital experiences. This company is renowned for its collaborative culture and commitment to creating groundbreaking solutions that impact millions worldwide.

We are seeking an analytical, data-driven Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will help own the content and strategy for a consolidated business domain to drive new customer acquisitions for Small and Medium Businesses. This position acts as a critical bridge between internal teams and external agency vendors, split across two primary pillars: driving Paid Media Optimization and providing operational oversight for our Expert Support (DSA) workflows.

  • Position Title: Marketing Specialist 2
  • Duration: Temporary Contract (ASAP through Early November 2026)
  • Location: Mountain View, CA
  • Work Structure: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Core Pillars: 40% Paid Media, 40% Expert Support/Program Ops, 20% Ad-Hoc Program Management

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will manage workflows across multiple cross-functional workstreams:

Paid Media & Optimization (40%)

  • Act as the primary connection point between external agency vendors and internal Full-Time Employees (FTEs).
  • Oversee and optimize net and off-net paid media campaigns (including house ads) targeting the SMB segment.
  • Review performance metrics, pull data, and polish revenue/performance decks for leadership review.
  • Note: This is an oversight and management role; you will not need to be "hands-on-keyboard" making daily bid changes, as agency partners handle execution.

Expert Support & Program Operations (40%)

  • Provide operational oversight for the "Expert Support" workflow, enabling users to request human support to sign up and deploy their first campaign (DSA).
  • Partner with regional stakeholders, Sales Finance, and the Revenue Strategy Operations (RSO) teams to monitor lead generation volumes and market go-lives.
  • Collaborate with the MarTech backend/infrastructure teams to manage front-end content deployment requests, tracking deliverables through internal ticketing and bug organization systems.

Program Management & Insights (20%)

  • Synthesize performance data into actionable insights, utilizing numbers-driven storytelling to present updates to stakeholders.
  • Step in on ad-hoc web optimization projects, setting up work-back schedules and managing agile sprint timelines.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: 4 to 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Paid Media Background: Proven experience overseeing and managing paid media/PPC campaigns (Google Ads environment preferred).
  • B2B Tech Focus: Strong experience within a B2B technology environment is highly preferred (Tech adjacent or Media/Agency backgrounds will be considered third).

Preferred Skills

  • Data-Driven Storytelling: Strongly analytical with an ability to interpret numbers and translate data sets into compelling, polished slides for executive performance calls.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Demonstrated ability to manage relationship touchpoints across agency vendors, cross-functional internal partners, and cross-regional teams.
  • Operational Execution: Comfortable navigating project workflows, project tickets/bug requests, and building out work-back schedules. (Technical troubleshooting/coding skills are not required).
